3. Stir dressing into albacore, adding more Vegenaise if mixture doesnt hold together well. 4. Preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, spread 6 whole wheat bread slices sparingly with Earth Balance natural buttery spread. 5. Place buttery side of three slices on hot skillet. Carefully spoon on albacore mixture; top with thinly-sliced tomato and remaining slices of bread, buttery side up. 6. Grill sandwiches until golden brown, flipping once and checking the underside from time to time. Makes 3 sandwiches.
