Technically
this is an 8-veggie/2-fruit tostado (if you recognize that tomatoes and
avocados are fruit), but the recipe title takes up less room as written!
These tostados are hearty and nutritious and easy to make for a Saturday
lunch crowd. Slice and dice all ingredients into separate bowls, heat
the refried beans in the microwave, fry the tortillas … and let your
guests build their own tostados.
